Hourly team member positions include waitstaff, hosts, bartenders, barbacks, banquet servers, bus people, dishwashers, expeditors, food runners, grill cooks, housemen, porters, pantry cooks, prep cooks, pastry cooks, and trainers.

Qualified candidates should be dependable, well organized, and coachable. Competent candidates should have a flexible schedule and must be able to facilitate any shift needed by the restaurant; they should exhibit a positive attitude and the ability to work well in groups and individually.

Leadership & Management

Leadership and management roles include kitchen managers, restaurant managers, bar managers, banquet captains and banquet managers. Qualified candidates should have previous management experience and a strong organizational style with a keen eye for detail.
