A Taste of Mendoza: Catena Zapata Wine Dinner

Experience an immersive evening celebrating the legacy, innovation, and mountain-grown character behind Catena Zapata, one of Argentina's most iconic and influential wineries. This chef-curated, five-course wine dinner features a thoughtfully selected range of wines, paired with an elevated menu designed to highlight the depth, vibrancy, and structure of each pour.

Founded in 1902, Catena Zapata has helped define Argentina's modern wine story through its pioneering work with Malbec and Mendoza's high-altitude vineyards. Under the leadership of Dr. Laura Catena and acclaimed winemaker Alejandro Vigil, the winery continues to produce wines known for their precision, depth, and international acclaim.

Seating will begin at 6:45 PM with hors d'oeuvres in the ballroom. Introductions begin promptly at 7:00 PM, with the first course arriving shortly thereafter.
