Class Time: 6:30-7:30 pm
Check-In: 6:15 pm

Includes class with Karissa Karma Yoga, wine tasting before class & a glass of wine
to enjoy when you are finished!

Class Style:
One Hour Relaxing Vinyasa. Movement paired with Breath. Low Lights, Calm Flow.
All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat and water.

Yoga is held in the Ballroom at Grove with limited spots available. Afterward, enjoy your wine at the bar or on the patio by the firepit.
